Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned of World War III a day before a United Nations summit in New York and compared Russian President Vladimir Putin to Adolf Hitler. Mr. Trump is set for fresh discussions with President Joe Biden about supporting Kiev against a Russian invasion. Zelensky will be welcomed to the White House on Thursday.
