Russia is planning to transfer two Ukrainian businessmen, Viktor Medvetsk, a Ukrainian businessman close to Putin.

LThe Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) on Monday released a video of Ukrainian MP and businessman Victor Medvedev being close to and recently arrested Vladimir Putin, demanding that he be handed over to soldiers and civilians in the besieged city of Mariupol.
