Last week, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued recalls for more than 3 million vehicles, including more than 1.7 million Kia vehicles and 1.6 million Hyundai vehicles that could cause fires.

Hyundai recall
Hyundai recalls 1,642,551 cars due to an anti-lock braking system (ABS) problem. NHTSA report. Cutting fluid may seep in and cause an electrical short. This could result in a fire in the engine compartment, which could increase the risk of an accident or injury.
Owners of these cars are asked to park their cars outside and away from any buildings until the repair is completed.

Jeep Wrangler Gladiator recall
Chrysler is recalling 6,298 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles with manual transmissions. The rearview camera for these vehicles may malfunction according to the NHTSA. Also, the reverse lights may not turn on when the car is in reverse. Both of these problems can reduce drivers’ ability to see and not alert other drivers that a vehicle is reversing.
The gear position sensor will be replaced by the dealer free of charge.

Subaru Recall: Outback, Legacy, Ascent, and Impreza
Subaru is recalling 4,311 Outback, Legacy, Acent and Impreza vehicles. NHTSA The report says the center support bolts attached to the driveshaft may have come loose. This will separate the front end of the driveshaft, which could cause a collision.
Dealers will clean the center support strut bolt mounting surfaces and install new bolts.

Kia is recalling 3,866 of its 2023 Forte vehicles. NHTSA said the right lower front arm may not have been welded properly. This may cause a sudden loss of steering control.
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the repair has been completed. If repair is necessary, dealers will replace it free of charge.

BMW recalls: Rolls Royce
According to the NHTSA report, BMW is recalling the 1305 from some 2021-2023 Rolls-Royce Ghost vehicles. Tempered glass may break in an accident. This could result in injury in a crash.
A protective film will be applied by dealers to the tempered glass free of charge.

BMW recall: 740i, 760i, xDrive and i7 xDrive60
BMW is recalling some of its 2023 740i, 760i xDrive and i7 xDrive60 vehicles. It is possible for a vehicle’s windshield wiper to malfunction in certain weather conditions NHTSA report. This may reduce visibility, which may increase the risk of an accident
Dealers will inspect and replace your windshield wiper system at no charge.

Hyundai recall: 2024 Kona
Hyundai recalls 2,354 Kona cars. According to the NHTSA report, the rear seat belts may not function properly. In the event of a collision, the occupant may not be properly restrained, and injury may result.
If there is a problem with the rear seat belt, dealers will replace it free of charge.

General Motors is recalling 189 2023 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL. It is possible that the arm bolts on the rear suspension outboard control system were not heat treated properly. This will cause the bolts to break and the rear wheel to misalign according to A NHTSA report.
