Here’s someone wearing a Pixel Watch and a Google 20mm strap

The past few days from Pixel Watch leaks We’ve only focused on the pebble-shaped dial, but now we’re taking a look at the Google-made band and several shots of the wearable actually being worn on the wrist.

The silicone Pixel Watch straps, presumably manufactured by Google, are 20mm in diameter and feature the special connector used by u/tagtech414. Describe As “kind of a pain when you attach it the first time”, but it’s “very secure” with a button in each slot that locks everything in.

With the Pixel Watch now fully assembled and wearable — an apt reflection of how the Redditor couldn’t use any old band due to non-default connectivity, first impressions are as follows:

Most importantly, this is the most comfortable watch I have ever worn. It looks a lot thinner than the measurements would lead you to believe. Compared to my Galaxy Watch, it feels like it doesn’t even exist. Plus, the crown doesn’t sink into the back of my hand when I bend my wrist back or type, which is something that drives me crazy on other watches.

There are sides to the Pixel watch that are quite raised, especially for the bottle-cap-shaped crown. From these shots, the 14mm thickness isn’t very evident when looking at the 40mm watch head-on. The visible frameless display is said to be 30mm, while the whole thing weighs 36g.

Outside the wrist, and especially in the short third below, the depth is most noticeable. You can clearly see the screen layer, the silver case and the bottom sensor stack, which is what we have noticed It shares similarities with the Fitbit Charge 5 and Luxe.
