Last September, masked and armed men forced their way into the home of radio and TV presenter Bruno Guillen. According to BFMTV, the robberies caused 150,000 euros in damage.
Six suspects were later arrested and Kamel Z, 26, ended up in police custody. He is suspected to be the mastermind of this robbery. He would have thought of the operation and asked others to do it to recover the goods. Of the six suspects, Kamel Z is therefore the mastermind and the other five individuals are the “thieves”. If he doesn't go directly to the scene, he gets the jackpot.
According to BFMTV, the robbery at the radio host's house was not the only one Kamal Z carried out. After various investigations, police have determined he is also behind the theft of more than €100,000 from the home of MMA star Cyril Kane. He is also suspected of being behind the burglary of Sylvie Dellier's home in October.
Kamal Z, who has been in police and jail since October, was due to appear at Créteil Criminal Court yesterday but was granted an extension.
