Nitara joins Mortal Kombat 1, played by Megan Fox

Megan Fox is the voice of vampire Nitara in the upcoming Mortal Kombat 1, and NetherRealm Studios has shared a new trailer to unveil the newest playable fighter on the roster.

Hailing from the dark and desolate world of Vaeternus, Nitara joins the fight in Mortal Kombat 1 to protect her race from vampires. In combat, she uses her claws, fangs, and aerial abilities. You can check out the new fighter in action in the clip below.

“She comes from this weird world, she’s some kind of vampire creature,” Fox explains in the video. “She’s evil but she’s also good. She’s trying to save her people. I really like her. She’s a vampire and obviously resonates with me for whatever reason. It’s great to be in the game, you know? Because I’m not just expressing that.” “It will be as if she looks like me.”

Fox also said that she grew up playing Mortal Kombat, and “I can’t believe I’m voicing a character in the new game.”

Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19 (or September 14 for Early Access) on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series You’ll have to be careful online over the next week and a half or so, as players who obtained physical copies of the game have leaked the full roster for Mortal Kombat 1.
