If we did away with the time change, you would be on winter time

Don’t count on it this year. Just as we switch to winter time next October, we switch to summer time this weekend, and different countries have yet to decide what time they want to keep. If governments don’t decide, citizens don’t either. According to our survey of 2,459 readers, a slim majority (50.4%) would prefer to maintain winter time if the time change were to be cancelled.
