The Russian president told the new Slovenian ambassador that bilateral dialogue between Moscow and Ljubljana had been “suspended”, promising that Russia was “ready” to resume it if the Slovenian side wanted it.

With the new Greek Ambassador, Mr. Putin said he was “worried” about the state of bilateral relations, while he said he hoped the “traditional ties” between Athens and Moscow would help “renew” their partnership.
