Travis Kelce detailed the electric celebration on the field that followed the Kansas City Chiefs' win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.
The Chiefs' tight end was beaming after his team beat the Ravens 17-10 in the AFC Championship Game to qualify for the 2024 Super Bowl.
All eyes were on the joyful celebration that followed, which included a major PDA moment between them Kelsey and his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
“We had the whole family on the field, it was me, my mom, my dad and Taylor. We had it all,” Jason Kelce said on Wednesday’s episode of “Everybody Was There.” Their podcast “New Heights”..
“You gave your patented, 'You have to fight for your right' speech, and I didn't feel right saying it,” he laughed.
Cameras captured Travis and Swift, both 34, sharing a sweet kiss on the field at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore after the big win before declaring their love for each other.
Swift watched the soccer games alongside Jason's wife, Kylie Kelsey, as well as her best friends Brittany Mahomes, Kelly Sperry, and Cara Delevingne from the VIP suite.
After her beau's big win propelled the Chiefs to a Super Bowl victory, so was Swift Pictured celebrating with Travis' familyincluding his parents, Ed and Donna Kelsey, and Jason, a veteran center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
Jason, 36, went on to mention the now-viral moment between Chiefs coach Andy Reid and the 12-time Grammy Award winner, which showed the duo pointing at each other after the big win.
“This is the adorable photo posted from Big Red showing a little love for Taylor on stage. They're pointing at each other,” Jason told his brother.
“We kind of talked about how they knew each other from their Philly days, and shout out to Scott Swift, big Scott. “He and Andy are good friends,” the tight end noted.
“That was an amazing moment to see her afterwards, and I couldn't see her because I was on stage screaming. But it was amazing.”
Speaking about Travis' celebration on the field after the win, Jason noted that this was the first time the star had accepted the Lamar Hunt AFC Champions League Trophy outside of Arrowhead Stadium.
Travis said that although there were fewer people this time, he had all the support he needed.
“The only people that matter are family and friends and people who came on the f-king ride with us, dude. That's all I'm talking about,” he said.
“All the extra… It's just, you know, for show I guess. All I care about is seeing you guys and having fun with the people I just won this match with. It's like it's a little sweeter. This is way to where we are.” In it now it was more challenging which meant you had to overcome more, which meant it kind of meant a little bit more.
Detailing the team's wild celebration on the way home, Travis said the Chiefs were involved for the entire drive home.
“We had to have the entire two-hour flight to ourselves, just celebrating on the weird plane back home,” he said. “It was electric, it was amazing.
“The coaches are back to where the players were, just reminiscing about the season and enjoying every bit of being around each other and what we just accomplished again for the second year in a row. We have a special group, man.”
Page Six reports that Swift will attend the Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas as the international leg of her popular Eras Tour resumes.
Swift has shows scheduled in Tokyo from February 7 through February 10 — one day before Super Bowl LVIII kicks off on Sunday, February 11, but there's time to head back and get to Sin City on Saturday night.
The pop star will be touring throughout most of 2024, with Eras touring Australia, Singapore and Europe in the first half of the year, before heading to Canada in the fall.
