Thoma Bravo buys Anaplan for $10.7 billion

Private equity firm Thoma Bravo LP has entered into a deal to acquire Anaplan Inc. For $10.7 billion, according to people familiar with the matter, it was the most recent recently A series of large leveraged acquisitions.
