Tennessee vs Charlotte Baseball Score Updates: NCAA Regional Tournament

Tennessee baseball’s quest for another trip to the College World Series begins against Charlotte.

The No. 2 seed (38-19) faces No. 3 Charlotte (34-26) on Friday (6 p.m. ET, ESPNU) in Clemson County. No. 1 Clemson (43-17) and No. 4 Lipscomb (36-24) are on the other side of the NCAA regional bracket.

The Vols start Andrew Lindsey, who pitched in Charlotte in the 2021 season.

Tennessee reached the College World Series in 2021 for the first time since 2005. UT fell game shy of back-to-back trips to Omaha when it lost in the Knoxville Super Regional against Notre Dame in the 2022 season.
