Selection Sunday is almost here and the bids are on the line as the conference championships continue.

Before the madness begins, we've got a packed list of Saturday events to look forward to as teams compete for their ticket to the dance.

With 13 conference final games and NCAA Tournament implications abound, it should be a full day of compelling hoops as the Big 12, Big East, ACC and Pac-12 tournaments all come to a close.

    UConn didn't really need it, but the Huskies appropriately won the Big East Tournament after dominating the conference all season. The defending national champions will head to the NCAA Tournament as the top seed.

    The Hurricanes blew the cover off T-Mobile Arena in Kansas City. And it wasn't even close as Milan Momcilovic led all scorers with 18 goals.

  • Final: New Mexico 68, San Diego State 61

    Lobos go dancing! New Mexico entered the week on the bubble. Now he's a Mountain West champion. The ticket is perforated.

  • UConn began to pull away from Marquette

  • Chaos in AAC!

    The AAC's 11th-seeded Temple survived No. 1 seed Florida Atlantic 74-73 to advance to the AAC title game, where it will face UAB.

    No matter who wins this game, they'll be the show stealer!

  • New Mexico is closing in on the MWC title, leading 65-59 with 1:04 remaining.

  • The big man will work for UConn. Clingan's 15 points lead all scorers in the game.

  • San Diego State rallied to make it a game 8 minutes later. It looks like we're headed toward an interesting ending to the Mountain West title game.

  • The Hurricanes are on a tear now and the lead is over 20.

  • Halftime: UConn 26, Marquette 24

    Tristen Newton hit a step-back 3 just before the buzzer to give UConn the lead. Donovan Clingan leads the team with 10 points.

  • Points are finally being scored in the Big East final.

  • New Mexico leads San Diego State 36-30 in the Mountain West semifinals.

  • Halftime: Iowa State 30, Houston 23

    The Hurricanes head into the break with the lead and have not been very competitive. The Cougars were very cold, shooting 9-for-32 from the floor and 2-for-11 from 3.

  • We're approaching halftime and the Hurricanes are still in control. Houston can't find an offensive rhythm.

  • New Mexico got off to a hot start in Las Vegas, leading San Diego State 32-20 late in the first half.
