LPolish President Andrzej Duda, who visited Kyiv on Wednesday, said Russia had not waged a simple war in Ukraine but was guilty of “terrorism” and “cruelty”. “It simply came to our notice then. If someone sends planes and soldiers to bomb civilian areas and kill civilians, it is not war, ”he told a joint news conference with his Ukrainian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian counterparts.
“This is cruelty, plunder, terrorism,” he said, adding that “this is the face of Russian aggression against Ukraine and we will never accept it.”
Mr. Duda and three Baltic presidents traveled to the small town of Porodianka, near the capital, and were welcomed in Kiev by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zhelensky for “working lunch” after being attacked and destroyed by Russian troops.
“This is where the dark side of humanity is seen. Such atrocities could only have been committed by zombies, not by humans,” Lithuanian President Gitanos Nouceda told a news conference.

Before leaving for Q, the four heads of state met on Tuesday evening in Rzeszow, in southeastern Poland, near the Ukrainian border, for a special summit aimed at expressing solidarity with Ukraine.
German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier has said he planned to travel to Ukraine with four heads of state but was rejected by the Ukrainian government.
Mr. Zelensky said on Wednesday that he had not received an “official” request for the visit from Berlin and that he “really wanted to be among our supporters, among true friends.”
