One D&D proposes more rule changes for fighters, wizards, and more – Polygon

The publisher released Dungeons & Dragons Wizards of the Coast New playtest materials Its One D&D, the next iteration of the popular role-playing game, on Wednesday. Mega 50-page bundle features new rules for barbarians, fighters, wizards, wizards and wizards – all core character classes featured in 5th Edition Player’s Handbookfirst published in 2014. The pack is free to download for those with a D&D Beyond account.



Wizards’ Unearthed playtest bundles the robust gameplay testing that preceded the launch of D&D 5th Edition. They are used regularly to allow fans to test new chapters, backgrounds, and rules before providing feedback directly to the developers. The latest release introduced floating changes to the Priest class to better align it with what was introduced in Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. Previous non-terrestrial Arcana have also teased major releases, including a rebooted Spelljammer setting and a rebooted Planescape setting, which is due out later this year.

A test run was released today along with a nearly hour-long video that goes into greater detail on their intentions. Comments will open May 17th.
