It was a bit of a scary evening Carol Jwhose plane was forced to make an emergency landing late last night after a smoke problem in the cockpit.
It was the news Shared by ABC Newsalong with Video snapshot Which showed the singer's private plane arriving at Van Nuys Airport in California. According to the report, the plane took off from Burbank, but quickly turned around after the pilots alerted a local tower about smoke. It's not clear what caused the problem in the first place.
There were more than a dozen people on board, including members of Karol G's team, as well as family members. Fortunately, the plane landed safely, and there did not appear to be any casualties.
In the footage captured by ABC, you can see Karol G exiting the plane and hugging her friends on the tarmac. The Colombian singer was boarding a plane decorated with her distinctive heart logo made of barbed wire and pink stripes. She was likely headed to Guatemala, where her “Mañana Será Bonito” world tour is scheduled to stop next. The reggaeton artist's first show was supposed to take place tonight in Guatemala City, at the Explanada Cardales de Cayalá. However, it is unclear how this incident will affect the tour schedule.
Despite this fear, it's been an exciting year for Carol Gee indeed. Last month, I collected Her first ever Grammy Award, when she won Best Album Música Urbana (becoming the first female artist to do so). She also had a recurring role in the Netflix crime drama series Griselda.
