During a recent interview with Access Hollywood Last month while attending the 2023 Gotham Awards, Bradley spoke about Leia starring in the project.
At one point, he was asked how special it would be to work alongside his daughter on the upcoming Netflix drama — which is set to premiere on the streaming site on December 20.
“It was amazing,” he told the outlet with a big smile, then added, “It was unbelievable.”
Irina and Bradley started dating in 2015, and welcomed Leah two years later in 2017. However, the two stars broke up in 2019.
While talking to deer Last month in November, the model spoke candidly about her co-parenting relationship with Bradley.
“Looking at my daughter now, she’s growing up in a completely different environment,” the star explained. “She lives in the West Village.” I went to all these countries in two months.
“But we want her to know the value of things.” “We want to show our daughter: ‘You have to work hard to get something,'” she added.
The beauty expressed that she and Cooper come from somewhat “normal backgrounds,” and explained that they wanted the same for Leah.
Shaik stated that their daughter walks to school and that she and Bradley do not have a nanny. “We both take Leah with us everywhere.”
“It’s very easy.” Two days ago, I had to go to the gym, so I brought her a drawing book and said, “Mommy is working out.” She was drawing for an hour…”
Despite the stars’ busy schedules, the model said that she and her ex “always find a way” when it comes to raising their daughter.
Although Shayk didn’t discuss their past relationship, she excitedly said that Bradley was “the best father to Leah I could ever dream of.” It always works, but it always works because we make it work.
She also gave a rare look into her close relationship with Leah, revealing that the couple speak Russian to each other, describing it as their “secret language.”
The maestro’s star-studded cast includes not only Cooper, but also Carey Mulligan, Matt Bomer, and Vincenzo Amato.
The premise is a “love story” that chronicles the lifelong relationship between conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein and actress Felicia Montealegre Cohn-Bernstein, according to an official IMDB synopsis.
Bradley not only played the lead role of Leonard Bernstein in the film, but he also directed the film, co-wrote the screenplay with Josh Singer, and was one of the producers.
Following its limited theatrical release last month, viewers will have the chance to watch the Netflix biographical drama starting December 20.
