Prince Harry and Meghan Markle joined royals around the world in sharing their annual holiday card.

Their 2023 Christmas card features a photo of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from the closing night of the Invictus Games (above) On a festive green background with small white dots. “On behalf of the office of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Archewell Productions and Archewell Foundations,” the card says in festive font. “We wish you a very happy holiday season. Thank you for all your support in 2023!” Since the Sussexes are no longer on social media, the card was shared via email.

Like last year’s card, the photo they took was from a public appearance, and did not show their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The main difference in the text from their 2022 holiday card is that “Archewell Audio” has been left off the list, and is not signed by Meghan and Prince Harry. The last Christmas card to include a photo of their children dates back to 2021, when their holiday card marked the first photo they shared of their daughter, Lily.

The release of their annual holiday card follows Prince Harry’s legal victory in the UK earlier today. Harry said in a statement read by his lawyer: “Today’s sentence is justified and certain. I have been told that slaying dragons will burn you. But in light of today’s victory and the importance of doing what is required for freedom and liberty.” Honest journalism – it’s a price worth paying. The mission continues.
