Hoda Kotb addresses Kelly Rowland as she exits the Today Show

Hoda Kotb shared a message to Kelly Rowland after the latter quit hosting the NBC show Today with Hoda and Jenna Last week because her dressing room apparently wasn't “up to par.”

After the “Motivation” singer made a brief appearance during the network's 8 a.m. morning broadcast to promote her new Netflix movie, Middle East and Africa neglectRowland, 43, was scheduled to co-host NBC's 10 o'clock show with Kotb.

After Rowland pulled out at the last minute, singer Rita Ora stepped in and joined Kotb.

Throughout the hour, Kotb and Ora referenced several times how Ora found out just minutes before airtime that she would be filling in.

Ora was originally there to promote the upcoming season of The Masked Singer.

It was announced last month that the “Let You Love Me” singer will replace Nicole Scherzinger as a judge on the reality singing series. She will be joined by returning panelists Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg.
