Director Denis Villeneuve's long-awaited sequel continues the story of Frank Herbert's space saga, and initial reactions have been extremely enthusiastic, with many calling the film an even better cinematic masterpiece. Sand dunes.
Sand Dunes: Part Two The film picks up directly after the first film, with Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalament, joining the Fremen and seeking revenge on the enemies who killed his family, perhaps saving the universe along the way.
The film was originally scheduled for release in November 2023, but due to the actors' strike, Warner Bros. chose to release it in November 2023. Legendary has pushed it back to March 2024, so that the star-studded cast, which also includes Zendaya, Austin Butler and Florence Pugh, will be able to promote it.
