Camille Kostek attended the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition 60th Anniversary Launch Party in New York City on Thursday with her longtime boyfriend, former NFL star Rob Gronkowski. She wore a silver, floor-length dress by contemporary womenswear designer Maria Lucia Hohan.
Dubbed the “Rina Dress,” this dress features a metallic ruffled tulle and sweetheart undercups at the hollow bodice.

Kostek was one of the women who photographed three group covers for the 60th anniversary issue. Others include Martha Stewart, Brittany Mahomes, Kate Upton, and Lena Bloom. Kostek was selected as a co-winner of Swim Search, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s first open casting call in 2018. She first appeared in the May 2019 issue of SI Swimsuit.

For the 2024 release, Ben Watts filmed Costique in Porto, Portugal, with Olivia Dunn, Penny Lane, Kristen Harper, and Lorena Duran. Kostek wore a Rhea Costa dress during filming.

Kostek is currently focusing on her own designs, which include a collaboration with Dune Jewelry and a swimwear line with the Swimsuits for All brand.
The 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue marks the publication’s 60th anniversary. The issue, which will be available Friday, features Gayle King, Kate Upton, Tyra Banks, Chrissy Teigen, Brittany Mahomes, Olivia Dunn, and more..
