Amy Schumer Reveals The Sexually Charged Joke The Academy Didn’t Allow Her To Tell At The Oscars

Just weeks after hosting the Academy Awards, Amy Schumer reveals the one joke the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences won’t let her tell.

The 40-year-old comedian performed on Netflix Is A Joke: The Festival in Los Angeles where she revealed a sexually charged joke that she acted in a number of Oscar-nominated films.

This is actually the second joke the academy won’t let her tell, revealing last month that Alec Baldwin’s joke wouldn’t be told during her monologue.

Schumer was performing in Los Angeles on Friday, wearing a white T-shirt, a black knee-length skirt and high heels when she told the joke that the Academy wouldn’t allow.

“That was a little bit what the Oscars said no, I couldn’t respond, and I loved it, so, OK, here it is, I don’t know why they said no,” Schumer told the audience.

“So my husband was teasing me,” she began, to which the audience immediately laughed.

She added, “What do you think?” The crowd also applauded, adding, ‘Can you believe they said no to that? Do you even believe it?’

The joke comes just weeks after she set the record straight for another joke she made at a performance in Las Vegas that her lawyer told her not to tell.

Referring to the tragic death of cinematographer Helena Hutchins on the set of Alec Baldwin Rust, Schumer said in Vegas:
