After adhering to the 48-hour formula of Black Friday sales for the past two years, Amazon is returning to its old ways.
The retail giant announced on Monday that its 2023 Black Friday sales will begin on Friday 17 November (or a week before the actual holiday), with door strikes continuing through Cyber Monday on November 27. That means 11 full days of holiday savings as we can expect to see new record low prices on brands like LEGO, Peloton, and YETI, per a press releaseas well as restocking popular gifts for a limited time.

The retailer said it will drop new deals “every five minutes during select periods” throughout the Black Friday and Cyber Monday events. A bunch of them will also be released during the first ever edition Black Friday NFL game – Game between the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins – which will stream on Prime Video starting at 3 p.m. ET. You don’t need an Amazon Prime membership to listen, just an Amazon account.
As part of its announcement, Amazon also launched a seasonal discount on its Audible audiobook and podcast service: New customers can get a four-month Audible Premium Plus subscription for just $5.95 per month (or 60% off) from now through December 31.
