Miss USA Noelia Voigt She competed in the Miss Universe 2023 pageant on Saturday in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Although she didn’t take home the crown this year, as it ultimately went to Miss Nicaragua Xinice Palacios, Voigt still debuted several stylish looks throughout the pageant on her way to ranking among the top 20 delegates.

For the patriotic costume portion of the event held on November 16, Voigt wore a silver sequin bodysuit with a design designed to look like exploding fireworks, pairing the bodysuit with silver sequin thigh-high boots with actual fireworks attached and a silver sequin headpiece. The look also featured a red, white and blue striped cape with stars and replicas of American national monuments, including the Statue of Liberty, Washington Monument, Empire State Building, White House and Route 66 sign.
For her opening look, Voigt designed a purple sequin cocktail dress from sponsor Clarisse Designs. She completed her glamorous look with metallic silver heels designed by Jojo Bragais, the pageant’s shoe purveyor.
For the swimsuit portion, Voigt wore a purple one-piece swimsuit with bow appliqué detailing on the shoulders and cut-out details.

This summer, the Miss Universe pageant launched a skincare brand designed for women from diverse backgrounds with botanicals from all seven continents.
The 2023 competition saw some major changes to the event, with the Miss Universe Organization removing the maximum age of 28 for contestants. This was also a groundbreaking year as the event welcomed two trans women, plus-size models and mothers.

The holder of the Miss Universe 2022 title is American Reboni Gabrielle, who walked on stage for the last time to congratulate her successor, Palacios. The crown was designed by Mouawad, the official jeweler of the Miss Universe Organization since 2019.
