Spoiler: Megan Thee Stallion’s cameo on She-Hulk is not on the list.

While some of the best moments in Marvel movies come from cameos of the legendary Stan Lee, other celebrities have left their mark in these superhero movies. Let’s take a look at some of the most epic and surprising cameos in the Marvel movies.

Matt Damon – Thor: Ragnarok

In Thor: Ragnarok, Matt Damon appears briefly as the Asgardian actor who portrays Loki in a play re-enacting the events of Thor: The Dark World.

Damon’s performance, alongside Chris Hemsworth’s brother Luke, was both funny and unexpected.

Elon Musk – Iron Man 2

Billionaire businessman Elon Musk also appears in a Marvel movie, specifically in Iron Man 2.

Musk plays himself and has a short conversation with Tony Stark about renewables. The cameo was a fun nod to Musk’s real-life work in the field.

Miley Cyrus – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Miley Cyrus may not be the first person you’d expect to see in a Marvel movie, but she makes a surprising appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Cyrus voices Mainframe, an artificial intelligence and member of Team Stakar Ogord.

Joan Rivers – Iron Man 3

Comedian Joan Rivers has also had a cameo in Marvel, appearing briefly in Iron Man 3.

Rivers played herself up and mostly cracked jokes about War Machine being renamed Iron Patriot.

His brief appearance in the 2003 movie version of The Hulk was a fun surprise for fans of the original show. The cameo only gets better as Stan Lee also appears in the same scene as Ferrigno.

He later reprized the brief role in the second MCU movie, The Incredible Hulk.

David Hasselhoff – Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

David Hasselhoff makes a cameo appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 when Ego impersonates Star-Lord’s perfect father.

The scene is both surprising and funny, with Hasselhoff playing an ’80s-inspired version of himself.
