This hotel will be interesting to tourists who pay attention to their health, even on vacation. "
The resort provides 70 villas and suites, 41 of them on the coast and 29 on the water. The design was developed by the architects of the Milan studio Peia Associati, who were inspired by the life of the ocean and a beautiful coral island, which has the status of a UNESCO biosphere reserve. In the "sea" interior you can see the silhouettes of shells, turtles and whale sharks.
Each of the hotel’s three restaurants has its own specialties: The Pearl offers Japanese cuisine with an emphasis on seafood combined with local ingredients. Open all day, Island Kitchen is based on healthy eating, one of the six key principles of The Westin, and combines Chinese, Indian and Maldivian cuisine in a balanced menu. Hawker Restaurant and Bar serves an open-air kitchen and focuses guests on Asian street food.
At the hotel you can go snorkeling, diving, fishing, parasailing or to get acquainted with the sea turtles of Miriandhu reserve, which like to nest on white beaches.
The Heavenly Spa by Westin has specialists in various massage techniques and facial and body treatments. There is a Jacuzzi for two with a panoramic view of the ocean. Nearby is a two-storey gym with power and cardiovascular equipment, an outdoor pool, a tennis court, a volleyball and basketball court.
