He thinks Snyder is determined to give the team to his kids. If so, how about a deal that entails Snyder withdrawing, his wife taking the reins, and his children eventually taking the reins?
That would be much better than a protracted legal battle. It would be much better than Snyder’s revenge by creating chaos. And while it might be best for the team’s fans to rid all of Snyder’s acid from the leaders, they may have to settle for Snyder’s wife now and children later in order to get rid of Snyder himself.
