AEW Dynamite Results (11/23) – ROH World Championship Tournament, World Title Eliminator Finals, Best Of Seven Series Continues

After the break, Milo and Hayter get to work. The bell rings and the two shut up. Hayter delivers a pair of shoulder treats before Jay runs into the ring. The two search for a double suplex, but Hayter reverses it. She follows it up with a Snap Suplex, then tags in Baker. Baker delivers a pair of forearms, then follows with a slinging blade. Milo hits the forearm, then tags in Jay. The pair hit Baker with a double suplex before putting Baker’s tag in Nightingale. Nightingale delivers a hip attack to Jay, then follows with high boots and a body. Blue enters the ring and hits Jay with Cazadora.

After the break, Blue delivers a step up knee and drive kick to Jay. The baker marks the swing neck cutouts blue and delivers. Baker delivers a kick to Blue’s head before Hayter runs in and delivers a Hayte Breaker. Baker followed up with a Curb Stomp for the win.

The commentary then announced that Toni Storm’s time as interim AEW Women’s Champion was not officially recognized as a regular championship, and that she was officially a former AEW Women’s Champion.

Then we head backstage to Top Flight, FTR, and Renee Paquette. FTR completes Top flight before Darius says they have always dreamed of confronting them. He then challenged them to a match for the ROH World Tag Team Championship on Friday at “Rampage” and FTR accepted.

Back at ringside, The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn head out as the rap caster and take shots at the roster for what happened at Full Gear, including Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal losing to Darby Allen and Sting.

Boyens says it’s good to be back in Chicago and says there’s a lot to be grateful for. He says they proved everyone loves The Acclaimed after they retained the AEW Tag Team Titles. Then Billy Gunn unbuckles his hand and calls out to Bowens to cut him.

Sonjay Dutt, Jay Lethal, Jeff Jarrett and Satnam appear on tron. Jarrett says if they want to talk hard, he’ll give them something to talk about.

Gunn then grabs a microphone and says that no one wants to see the “old man” on screen. Then he said that this was the moment everyone had been waiting for. The trio then clip each other in the ring.

Then, the commentary plays into the “Rampage” card on Friday and “Dynamite” the next Wednesday.

After the break, Tomohiro Ishii headed to the ring, followed by Chris Jericho.
