A 60-year-old British man, already serving a life sentence for two murders and dozens of post-mortem rapes, pleaded guilty on Thursday.
David Fuller, 68, pleaded guilty to sexual intrusion on a corpse and four counts of possession of aggravated obscenity between 2007 and 2020. These facts correspond to a total of 23 victims, some of whom have not been identified.
He has already been convicted for similar acts against a total of 101 victims, 78 including a nine-year-old girl and a hundred-year-old woman.
These facts were made in the morgues of two hospitals in the south of England, where he had long worked as an electrician.
According to Kent Police, the proper identification of the ten victims could not be established.
The sentencing hearing will begin on December 5 at the Old Bailey in London, the same source said.
Life sentence

He admitted to abusing dozens of women and girls between 2008 and 2020. He filmed and photographed himself during these attacks.
It’s a case “unprecedented in British judicial history”, underscoring the fact that it was prosecuted a year ago when the facts were revealed. British Health Secretary Sajid Javid announced at the time that an independent inquiry would be launched.
